Cinnamon Apple Croissant {recipe}

My friend Stevie posted a recipe she found on Pinterest (she loves Pinterest) for Cinnamon Apple Croissants. When I saw them, I started to drool and made them soon after. Actually, Stevie's oldest brother was at our house visiting the weekend I made these. Always try to do something a little different when guests are in town!
